'Crootin: UTEP is on the BOARD!

Our weekly summary of the commitment comings and goings heads into the meat of the summer when temperatures rise and recruits troll for Twitter followers.

Trevor Bycznski - Quarterback, Berea, OH

Bycznski is a 6-5, 220 pound pocket passer from Ohio. He possesses a big-time arm. A few Big 10 schools are sniffing around Bycznski and he holds offers from a couple of MAC schools. We wrote up a quick film study on Bycznski that can be found here.

Isaiah Spiller - Running Back, Klein Collins

This is a big one for Fisher. Most considered Spiller an Oklahoma lock but the Aggies swooped in and nabbed him. Burgeoning Northwest Houston power Collins produced Spiller, a four-star composite rated back. Pick a program and they offered him including OU, Bama, Nebraska, Penn State, and Arkansas. He's the total package.

Sua'ava Tupua - Defensive Tackle, Harbor City, CA

UTEP is on the board! The Miners struck gold with Tupua. Tupua comes from a great "city" program in Narbonne in the Los Angeles area. As we count it up Tupua is the sixth Gaucho to commit to an FBS school. Head coach Manny Douglas has it going on in Harbor City. Tupua is an explosive interior player who probably gets off the ball really well.
