Baylor's depth chart at running back gives running back coach Jeff Nixon a lot of options. Nixon expects the Bears rotate as many as three rushers this season and perhaps more in first year players play to potential. JaMycal Hasty, Trestan Ebner, and Lohn Lovett all return.

Hasty is 100% for the first time in a long time after playing through injuries last season.

At Texas true freshman Caden Sterns is doing everything necessary to get on the field early and often. According to Tom Herman "He's physical, I saw that in the spring." He added "The guys around the football, he had another pick today...just always around the football."

Sterns flipped from LSU to Texas out of Cibolo Steele as the number one rated safety in the country.

Aggie third string quarterback Connor Blumrick will be out 2-3 weeks according to Jimbo Fisher after a teammate fell on Blumrick's knee in Monday's practice. The Aggies put on full pads for the first time yesterday.

Jimbo Fisher continues to stress the importance of toughness this camp. He's using fatigue and heat to figure out if his squad is up to the challenge.
